The terms, in brief.
Quick answers for importers, wholesalers and roasters buying by the container.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one 20ft container, about 320 bags of 60 kg.
Can one container mix several origins?
No. Each 20ft container comes from a single origin.
Are prices quoted CIF or FOB?
Shipments from origin are quoted CIF; stock already in the UAE is quoted FOB.
Where can I see your prices?
Prices are given on request via WhatsApp. We do not publish prices on the website.
Can I get a sample?
Free samples within the UAE. Outside the UAE, samples are at the buyer's cost.
What are the payment terms?
Origin orders: 20% advance, balance when the goods arrive in the UAE. UAE stock: cash payment.
How do I start an enquiry?
